How 'Pay As You Go' works?
We believe that 'Pay As You Go' or 'Pay Per Use' is the feature of web hosting and other service oriented Internet services.
You pay only for the service and features required for your sites for as long as you need the service. No prepayments,
annual contracts or cancellation fees are required. As soon as you receive your account login information you can start
allocating disk space, data transfer bandwith, MSSQL and MySQL database instances and other service features required for
your site. Our control panel software will automatically calculate and add the related fees to your billing profile.

Q:
How much does the average site really cost?
The actual cost really depends on the resources required for your web hosting needs.
- Average DotNetNuke Portal site with 10 email accounts:
- Disk Space (portal files and MS SQL 2005 database): 250MB x $0.01 MB/mo = $2.5/Month
- Data Traffic: 1GB x $0.25 GB/mo = $0.25/Month
- DNN Portal Domain Name: 1 x $2.5/mo = $2.5/Month
- MSSQL 2005 Database Instance: 1 x $5.00/mo = $5.00/Month
- Email Accounts: 10 Mailboxes x $0.50/mo = $5.00/Month
- Control Panel License Fee: $1.00/mo
- Total Monthly Fee: $2.50 + $0.25 + $2.50 + $5.00 + $5.00 + $1.00 = $16.25/Month
Your credit card will be charged only after your account credit exceeds $25.00, so your first charge to your credit card will be after the second
month in the amount of $32.50

Q:
Why do you need my credit card information for activating my account?
In order to protect our infrastructure from SPAM/Phishing/Fraud and illegal content sites all new accounts must be approved
by our billing department upon activation. We will also verify your credit card by posting $1.00 verification transaction.
This transaction is for verification purpose only and may appear on your online statement as TEMP(Temporary) transaction.

Q:
What is the initial charge made to my credit card?
The first charge to your credit card will appear as soon as your account balance exceeds $25.00. For instance if the allocated
resources fee upon activation is more than $25.00 your account will be billed immediately. However if you allocate resources
for only $10.00 the first charge to your card $30.00 will appear after the second month.

Q:
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, Your account can be cancelled at any time. You just have to submit an account cancellation request
trough our support site at: http://cancellations.drundo.net
Upon cancellation the control panel billing subsytem will automatically calculate prorated service fee based on the resources
allocated during the current billing period.

Q:
What happens if my account runs completely out of funds?
You will receive notification email from our billing subsytem with instructions on how to update your billing profile.
However if we do not receive any payments within 3 days your account will be automatically suspended. To resume the account
you would have to submit a support ticket to our billing department. There will be one time $25.00 manual account resume fee
associated with this request.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
- PayPal

Q:
Does Drundo provide a money back guarantee?
Since we do not charge any upfront fees or ask for pre-payments we do not have money back policy for our 'Pay As You Go' service.

Q:
Are there any resource limits?
While there are no preset resource limits and you can add additional resources as your resource needs increase,
we could move your sites to a private cluster in case your sites consume more than 100GB Data Traffic/Month.

Q:
Do the web hosting fees include the cost of my domain name?
Since our Developers Hosting plans come with multiple site hosting options we do not offer a free domain under those plans.
You can register your domains with any domain registrar. We also provide domain registration service trough our domain
registration site at: http://www.registercorner.net Since Registercorner is
running with our DNS servers all domains registered with Registercorner.Net will be available immediately with your hosting
service. You do not have to wait 24-48h for the DNS to propagate over the Internet.

Q:
Do you provide dedicated servers?
Yes, we do offer private dedicated cluster solution with multiple servers and load-balancing capability for our high-end clients.

Q:
Do you offer Linux/Unix hosting?
No, we do not offer hosting on the UNIX/LINUX platforms. We specialize in providing the best value in Windows-based shared
hosting. By focusing our resources, we can serve this market segment much more fully than a host that attempts to provide
many different types of hosting.

Q:
Do you provide programing or debugging services?
Drundo.Net's support department does not support or handle requests for help with customer software or code. With the exception
of the initial determination of whether a problem is related to a third-party product or the web server configuration, supported/provided
components, or any other service-related issue. In general, we can assist in determining the cause of error messages and ensuring that no
system/service related issue is causing a problem with application.
This policy is in place because programing support is especially time consuming and the line between problem resolution and programming
consulting can become blurred. We do not currently offer programing or debugging consulting services.

Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide 24/7 technical support via our support ticket system and email. Because user information is more readily identifiable
and helps speed up resolution, we give higher priority to submissions from the support ticket system available at: http://support.drundo.net

Q:
What is 'Combined Disk Space'?
'Combined Disk Space' is a Disk Space space allocated for all Web/MSSQL/MySQL/Email resources under your account. For instance
1000MB 'Combined Disk Space' can be distributed as:
- 500MB Web Space
- 250MB MSSQL Database Instance
- 250MB for Email box space

Where is your servers/data-center located?
