I have been using them for years and rarely needed their support as their products are very intuitive. I recently made a mistake in setting up one of my domains. Not only did Drundo locate the source of the problems this caused, but took the necessary steps to fix it by creating a secondary domain with the correct domain name, then they copied the content from the old domain to the new one. I am sure many of suppliers would have simply located the problem and left it for me to figure out how to fix it.

As a small AbleCommerce multi-store e-commerce company we have experienced excellent service from Drundo. Converting other stores from various platforms can be a daunting task and sometimes requires a bit of hand holding. However, moving our AC7 installation from another hosting company to Drundo was easy and their support team assisted in each step making it a much smoother transition than expected.
It has been close to 4 years we have been using their Able hosting service and during this time we have experienced excellent service and most importantly impeccable uptime. When server maintenance has been required we have always been notified in advance which is a reprieve from our prior host.

From the start of the process everything went smoothly. The sales person I spoke with explained their process, asked the right questions, and got us on a suitable hosting plan.
